As an LPC-A and neurofeedback practitioner with a rich background in health psychology, my passion is working with clients to achieve their desired quality of life. By way of an early interest in business, I obtained my MBA from Texas State before shifting my focus and obtaining a Master of Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, spurred by health-related diagnoses in my family.
Serving as a visiting scholar with the University of Texas McGovern Medical School's Trauma & Resilience Center (TRC) provided me with evidence-based trauma therapy modalities, complementing my current role serving as a therapist for Houston Neuroscience Brain Center.
As a wife and mother of two early adolescent children, my hobbies include reading/researching, walking, meditating, and spending as much time as I can with my family.
